INTRODUCTION HAS LIGHT ON THE CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST.

Light on the heavenly Christianity stays the only document which informs in a authentic way about the history of the Church of the heavenly Christianity.

It is the document which was inspired by god and drafted by one of the big dignitaries of the Church the Senior Superior Evangelist Apollinaire Adétonah.

We had him(it) interviewer on certain points of the book in July, 1997 on the occasion of the preparations for the fiftieth anniversary of the Church of the heavenly Christianity.

It is in 1968 that it(he) decided on to write this book following a biased article written by the father Thomas of the Roman Catholic Church on sects in the Dahomey ( current Benin), to bring a little of light to those that do not know our Church.

It(he) has finishes the editorial staff in 1970 and confided him(it) to the Senior Superior Evangelist Paul Gonçalves who had just returned recently in the Church in this time so that he corrects possible faults. This document was then confided to Mr Goncalves Pascal the brother of Paul Goncalves, director of the printing office of Porto Novo at the time for the impression(printing).

According to Dad Adétonah one 2éme publishing(edition) was made by the Superior sénior Evangelist Paul Goncalves and in which(whom) the name of the author was killed(abolished), maybe by neglect. There is a debate around the editor of this document which we do not consider enough convincing to evoke him(it). Let us hold(retain) that it is the Senior Superior Evangelist Adétonan Apollinaire which(who) drafted light on the heavenly Christianity.

MINISTERS

We were interested in the question to know how makes it(he) that in light on the heavenly Christianity there is a hierarchy of the Ministers while the founder did not agree?
Supéreur Senior Evangéliste Adétonah explained to us that was he who had proposed this hierarchy, but who the founder was not against at first.

But after the departure for Nigeria and considering the evolution of the Church which he called back him(her,it) to say to him(her) that he does not wish that there are several Ministers. That there will be only a single Minister of The E.C.C. all over the world and that this will be indicated(appointed) by the spirit.
Dad Adétonah explained to us that it is due to the lack of financial means that he did not make modifications wished by the Founder and to republish the document.

On the other hand in the succession of the founder when the problem of multi pastoralisme settled(arose) he explained repeatedly that the Founder opposed categorically to the existence of several ministers.

We understand(include) easily why the Minister founder named only one Only supreme Evangelist (suprim in English) and several superior Evangelists in the place and minister's place and of immigrating minister.

EVANGELISTS

In the hierarchy of the Evangelists and in mind of light on the heavenly Christianity it(he) can not there have Evangelists who are not dedicated to the work.
But the founder brought a modification by creating Honorable immigrating Evangelists who are financiers of the Church and who have the other activities in the world. They have for mission to help financially the eglise.

Nigeria has creates in the same sense(direction) Honorable Evangelists and Honorable Senior Evangelists. What is not case in Benin.
