C) The Senior Alagba or the senior Agounto

The impossibility to understand(include) everybody in the hierarchy of the Leaders (that is clergymen) and the necessity of encouraging the believers(regular customers) to progress in the knowledge of Writings, aroused creation of the order of the Deans of the Church called Senior Alagbas.

Indeed, this order is reserved for the former(ancient) of the Church which did not evolve in the other hierarchies. They are of honorable remarkable personalities by their integrity, their righteousness. Their experiences(experiments) and their wisdom, deserving so the respect for all in the parish. They lavish on the parochial Committees the fruits of their experiences(experiments) and their wisdom.

II - The Dreamers or ' WOLI '

A) The Dreamer: this unknown

What is it to say? We defined this word listen To Balaam the Dreamer known well in the Former(ancient) Will: " Balaam raised eyes and lives Israel pulled according to his tribes. Then the Spirit of God was on him. Balaam pronounced his(her) oracle and says:

" Balaam's word, son(thread) of Beor, Word of the man which has the opened eye. Word of the one that hears(understands) God's words. Of the one that sees the vision of the Almighty. Of the one that prostrates himself and whose eyes open " (Count 24: 2-4).

The Dreamer is so the one that hears(understands) God's words and that passes on them to the people, the one that is shaken by the Spirit of the Eternal.

Indeed, God is allowed consult by man. " Moses took the tent and raised(drew up) it outside the camp to some distance. He all called him(it) tent of summons(assignement) and what consulted the Eternal went towards the tent of summons(assignement) which girder outside the camp " (Exodus 33: 7).

Generations ' of agnostics ' and of persons ' antichées ' of religion are diverted(confused); deep discussions make fury for centuries. For a long time the philosophers wonder where is God. From their part, the theologians evoke excuses for the "absence". But do we have really to find excuses for God? It(he) would be time to have a frank answer!

Indeed, in past, God repeatedly, during the history, showed himself to the man.

Adam had to the first human being. And God took charge of him in a very intimate way. Adam knew God as we know our relatives(parents). However, rather than to follow the orders of his(her) Creator, Adam obeys his own reasoning; it(he) sinned. At once after that, Adam and Eve hid far from the face of Eternal God (Genesis. 3 8).

It is so the man who hid from God and one God who hid from the man.

Throughout the history, from century to century and throughout the generation in generation which when were circumstances and situations, every time which God showed himself to help the people or nations, these or those always rejected God.

One of the striking persons, who observed command of the Eternal during this first period was called Abraham. This one was friend of God (Jacques 2: 23). God appeared to him(her) frequently (Genesis 17: 1; 18: 1).

Because of the integrity, God chooses Abraham and all his(her) descendants and made the chosen people of the Eternal of it (Genesis 17: 1-8; 22: 15-18).

Later, some 2.500 years after the creation, God began to show himself to his chosen people. It(he) promised to make of this people sacrificers' realm, holy nation (Exodus 19: 5-6). It(he) wanted to give to the Hebrew all the conceivable blessings including the privilege of resources the house of the Eternal among them (Exodus 15: 17).

However incredible it can appear, after all what they had seen their own eyes, the Israelites asked: " is the Eternal in the middle of us, or is not it there? " (Exodus 17: 7).

In all the glory, God answered this question on Mount Sinai, " all the people heard(understood) thunders and sound of the trumpet; he saw the flames of the smoking mountain " (Exodus 20: 18).

But what did it(he) arrive? In this spectacle, the people trembled and held in the estrangement. They said to Moses: " Speak To us yourself and we shall listen. But what God does not speak about us being afraid that we die " (Exodus 20: 18-19).

Here so, the man asked clearly God to interrupt any direct communication with the people. The man told to God to disappear. But God any Kindness, in the mercy, did not want to abandon the man to its intentions pervers.

That is why, it(he) agreed to show himself from now on to the man through the man and it is this man that one calls Dreamer or Seer.

" The Eternal says to Moses: what they said is well . I shall arouse them of the environment(middle) of their brothers, a seer as you, I shall put my words in the mouth, and it(he) will say to them all that I shall command(order) him(her). If somebody does not listen to my words which it(he) will say in my name, it is I who shall ask him(her) for account of it " (Deut. 18: 17-19).

However, the house of Israel threw back(rejected) all what she knew that they were seers of God.

Esaë was one of them. He declared to Ezéchias that God would stop(arrest) the armies aggressors of Assyrie ( II King 19 ). Same night, God killed 185 000 people who carried(wore) weapons (verse 35). Afterward, when Esaïe had called upon the Eternal, the shadow of the sun put off 10 degrees (II Kings 20: 11).

No doubt was possible as for the identity of the Boss which Esaïe served. And nevertheless, some years later, tradition says to us that Esaïe was sawed in two by his own people (Hebrew 11: 37).

Also Juda's house threw back(rejected) the people of God and in this respect, it still surpassed his(her) sister Israel.

Indeed, Jérémie was usual and establishes seer while he was still in the breast of his mother. Although it was always the target of the glances of the people, (revealing will, way and God's predictions. That JUDA knew that Jérémie girder his(her) representative, nevertheless, one laughed at him every day and each mocked at him(it) (Jérémie 20: 7). And all the sacrificers, the seers and the people conspired to kill him(it) (Jérémie 26: 8).

Facts speak clearly: in every stage(stadium) of their history Israel and Juda hid from their God and threw back(rejected) him(it,her).

Centuries later, Eternal God showed himself again to the people. It(he) changed it a human being, he flesh-coloured soothsayer and blood himself(itself), so mortal (Hebrew 2: 14). Jesus Christ had to know the same sufferings and the temptations as us the other human beings. But Jesus did not sin for all that.

However strange it can appear, Jesus Christ was the God of the Former(ancient) Will. The Being who lives eternally and who was called YHVH? The God d' Abraham, of Isaac and Jacob. It was he who created the universe (Jean 1: 3) (Ephésiens 3: 9).

It(he) had walked with Adam, it(he) had eaten with Abraham, fought with Jacob. He spoke to Moses and took care of Israel (I Cor. 10: 4).

It(he) came to teach divine laws, laws which get happiness and abundance. But which was the reaction of people? You know answer as well as us. They crucified Jesus Christ. The God (who made flesh-coloured) " light had come in the world, the people preferred darkness to the light, because their works were bad " (Jean 3: 19).

Had God losen courage for all that? No! It(he) always wanted to live(remain) with the people to light(enlighten) us and to steer us in the good way. C ' is why God decided to send his Holy Spirit to be with the people well then with the people who want of him so that he lives(remains) with them till the end of times.

" In the last days says God, I shall spread of my Spirit on any flesh; your threads and your daughters will augur, your young people will have visions and your old men will have dreams. "

" Yes, on my servants and on my handmaids:

" In these days, I shall spread of my Spirit; and they will augur. I shall publish miracles at the top in the sky and miracles below on the earth(ground).

" Some blood, the fire and a vapor of smoke ".

" The sun will change in darkness, and the moon in blood. Before the arrival of Sunday, this big and glorious day. Then whoever will call the name of the Lord will be saved " (Acts 2: 17-21).

Is this promise made for the former(ancient) only? Either is she(it) only reserved for such Christian community of such or such time?

Let us listen so to the masterful statement of Pierre for that purpose: " Regret, and that each of you is baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift(donation) of the Holy Spirit.

" Because promise is for you, FOR YOUR CHILDREN, and for all what are far off, in as big number as the Lord our God will call them " (Acts 2: 38-39).

We think as for us that God called us we also, of as far as we are and put back(handed) us this ministry and with the same promise. And that is why the Spirit of God acts in the middle of us by miracles and miracles. AND THAT IS WHY GOD ADDRESSES US BY THE INTERMEDIARY of dreamer whom he chooses in our rows(ranks).

How do we know that these Dreamers are inspired by God?

" But the seer (or dreamer) who will have the boldness to say in my name a word which I would not have him(her) commanded(ordered) to say, or who will speak in the name of the other gods, this seer there will be punished for death ".

" Maybe you will say in your heart: How shall we know the word which the Eternal will not have said? When what will say the seer will not take place and will not arrive, it will be the word that the Eternal will not have said, it is by boldness that the seer will have said it: are not afraid of him. " (Deut. 18: 20-22).

So let us wonder to our dreamers to announce their oracle the left hand holding the Bible and right-hand side raised in front of a crucifix and to lend oath in front of God and the people.

B) HIERARCHICAL ORDER OF THE DREAMERS

WHEN A BELIEVER(REGULAR CUSTOMER) IS MADE DREAMER BY THE ETERNAL (that one well knows him(it), it does not make the object of any human choice because it is unconsciously that the interested is shaken by the spirit of the Eternal and grave in ecstasy) the Seer - minister notices fact, names(appoints) it and dedicates him(it) in his(its, her) quite dreamer or " Woli " (Woly: word yoruba significant: seeing).

If the new dreamer had been anointed (otherwise it(he) carries(wears) a dress of common prayer) it(he) has the right to carry(wear) a dress of prayer with square collar and a blue belt marked with a cross).

Time, diligence in the work and the helping experience(experiment), Woli is called to progress, according to the way which follows its vision, either in the branch of Wolijahs, or in that of Wolileaders.

The class of the dreamers is subdivided indeed into two big branches: WOLIJAHS AND WOLILEADER.

1) - THE BRANCH OF THE WOLIJAHS

It is the branch of the keepers of the dreamers. Indeed, Wolijahs controls the spirit which animates(stimulates) the dreamers and terminate their vision when they consider it necessary.

The branch of Wolijahs understands(includes) four hierarchical groups: Assistant Wolijah, Wolihah, Senior Wolijah and Respectable Senior Wolijah.
A) The Assistant Wolijah

The Dreamer or Woli is as a rule proposed to the promotion by the Leader in charge of the parish. Once the choice approved by the parochial Committee and the Seer - minister, this one names(appoints) and dedicates the dreamer Assistant Wolijah.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Confirmation: as a rule second unction.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Clothing:

[ZQYW1PÚ] Dress of prayer with collar squared with a light pilgrim without lace.

[ZQYW1PÚ] A blue Belt marked with a cross.

B) Wolijah

Following some years of conscientious and diligent work, dedication in the causes of the Church and the submission in his(its, her) standards and customs, the Assistant Wolijah is promoted and dedicated Wolijah.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Confirmation: as a rule 4-th unction.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Clothing:

[ZQYW1PÚ] A dress of prayer with collar squared with an ample pilgrim without lace,

[ZQYW1PÚ] A white surplus

[ZQYW1PÚ] A blue belt marked with a cross.

C) The Senior Wolijah

It(he) is as the Senior Alagba, a dean of the Church. Besides dreamer's task which falls to him(her) of right, the Senior Wolijah has to know perfectly the Bible and be able to preach in case of necessity.

The Senior Wolijah is chosen among the most experimented Wolijahs.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Confirmation: as a rule 4-th unction.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Clothing:

[ZQYW1PÚ] A dress of prayer with square collar,

[ZQYW1PÚ] A pilgrim ample and stocked with lace,

[ZQYW1PÚ] A white surplice with lace,

[ZQYW1PÚ] A belt blue, fringed and marked with a cross.

D) Respectable Senior Wolijah

Respectable Senior Wolijah makes the object of a sensible choice of the Reverend Minister - seer himself.

Proposition is it made for opinion by the parochial Committees for the Executive committee and for the Superior Committee. In case of favorable opinion, the candidature is subjected to the ruler approval of the Minister - seer.

Respectable Senior Wolijah is in the summit of the hierarchy. It(he) is a part of Fathers of the Church of whom he is a big remarkable dignitary by its experience(experiment), its wisdom, its pointed sense(direction) of the crowned duty which explains his immense dedication to the causes of the Church.

Respectable Senior Wolijah, once arrived at this rank can not turn any more to another class than that of the dreamers. In particular, it(he) can not strive for the Order of the Evangelists. Indeed, at the same time as the Evangelist, Respectable Senior Wolijah plays within the Church a role of different nature certainly, but at least an equal importance.

However, when it(he) receives the gift(donation) of dreams and their interpretation, Respectable Senior Wolijah can go into the branch of Wolileaders and carry(wear) the title of Respectable Senior Wolileader. Two ranks indeed, amount appreciably, besides Wolijahs and Wolileaders is alike apparently in their mode(fashion) of clothing. However, a light distinction: whereas the belt wolijah (and of his(her) superiors in the hiearchy) is marked only with a cross, that of Wolileader (and of his(her) superiors in the hiearchy) carries(wears) three crosses.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Confirmation: as a rule 5-th unction.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Clothing:

[ZQYW1PÚ] Dress of prayer with square collar,

[ZQYW1PÚ] Blue Surplice embroidered(exaggerated) with lace,

[ZQYW1PÚ] Blue Belt, fringed by white and marked with a cross,

[ZQYW1PÚ] Pin three-cornered hat of yellow colour.

2) CONNECT WOLILEADERS

Wolileader is everything as Wolijah watching dreamers.

Attributions and role are corresponding to those of Wolijah without Wolileader in the gift(donation) of the dreams which it can perfectly explain.

So, Wolileader is a superior in the hiearchy of Wolijah.

Chosen as Wolijah among the dreamers, it(he) evolves as this last according to four hierarchical orders: Assistant-Wolileader, Wolileader, Senior-Wolileader and Vénérable Senio-Wolileader.

Quite as Wolijah, Wolileader can not reach another order than that of the dreamers, it can not as a consequence become Evangelist.

III - THE LEADERS OR THE RESPONSIBLES FOR CHURCHES
A) The Leader

The Responsibles for the Church of the Christianity Céleste levies Leaders are reliable believers(regular customers), having shown that they love the Church and people. Of an exemplary behaviour(canal), avid to dedicate itself in the service of God, knowing the Bible and the Christian doctrine, they are placed in the places where are needed herdsmen to distribute to the Christians and to the heathen the benefactions of God's word.

The Leader is to be known by all the believers(regular customers) and to know under the report of the work himself.

He is the clergyman of his parish and under this angle, he announces the Gospel to the heathen. It(he) is placed among the heathen to arrive in front of them and near them the Gospel of Jesus that they would not give themselves the punishment to go at distance. It(he) is sometimes placed in a corner(place) of the country where everything is still in the blackness of the darkness of the paganism so that it(he) brings the light of the sky in villages and hamlets. As said (Esaïe 49: 6) " I establish you to be the light of nations, to carry(wear) my safety until the extremities of the earth(ground) ". Here is its ministry, a beautiful ministry doubtless, but a ministry which is not surely.

To the Christians whom it(he) was able to find on the spot in the corner(place) of the country which was confided to him(her) and in those that it was able to form by a diligent and persevering work within the framework of its ministry (conversion of the heathen), it(he) has to lavish fruitful instructions or in the God's house or during the frequent visits on the place of residence of some and the others.

It(he) educates them, that is that it(he) explains them " God's things ", mysteries of the Gospel and homework(duties) of the Christian.

It(he) is nourishing so and enriches their souls, blowing in all a fervent faith in Jesus Christ, arousing in them love and fear of God.

I) The loads(responsibilities) of the Leader

[ZQYW1PÚ] It(he) organizes and steers classes(courses) biblical. It(he) can seek in this task the collaboration of the Deans ( Alagbas) who are paid(poured) well into the biblical knowledge and these owe him(her) this assistance(audience).

[ZQYW1PÚ] It(he) organizes and steers the classes of songs. It(he) can ask in this task for the collaboration of the Deans ( Alagbas) and the Predecessors ( Dèhoto) these having to answer the appeal.

[ZQYW1PÚ] It(he) prepares and leads(drives) the cults of the week and can in this particular case be helped Deans and Predecessors

[*] It(he) takes charge of the neatness and the sanctification of the Temple and the priestly clothes and it with the cooperation of the Predecessors and Keepers of the Church.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Next to every temple is a house of the patients called " ABOGLO ".

[ZQYW1PÚ] The Leader to watch the patients over such a Male nurse who keeps(guards) its patients. It(he) has the duty to look after them by consulting for them the Eternal by means of the vision and by carrying out literally all the directives of the Eternal. It(he) does not invent anything but he acts as a Male nurse who strictly applies treatments being convenient for his patients. HE does not have to stop helping his patients by repeated prayers. For it, it(he) is helped by the Deans ( Alagbas), the Predecessors ( Dèhoto) of the Church. It(he) appoints the intimate collaboration of its Wolileader or Wolijah and also its dreamer's team.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Furthermore, he watches his parishioners and takes care of their manners, to resume them when he makes what is bad and to encourage them when they make what is well ; it(he) steers them in the way of God; it(he) helps them to overcome temptations and greeds. It(he) tries hard to bring them to give up the heathen customs which are still attached(fastened) to their life as a mange which does not want to disappear.

[ZQYW1PÚ] All this call a difficult, difficult but fruitful work. All this require(demand) constantly renewed efforts.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Finally, the Leader should a model be followed. It is the model of the crowd and has as a consequence to show himself a model of good works by a pure education, a healthy word, an irreproachable behaviour(canal). IT(HE) shows to all the people what is Christianity in the representative by the words of the mouth, by making the alive, visible image of the man of God and the true Christian: Here is still one of the tasks. O how much heavy but big and precious. O Leader! Your ministry is big and precious. God called you in a task deserving of praise. Consider what you are, measure constantly the dimension and the size(greatness) of the heavy tasks which(who) fall to you to carry out them in any knowledge of cause, with allegiance, with care, with love.

Ii) The rights of the Leader

[ZQYW1PÚ] The load(responsibility) of Leader is free.

[ZQYW1PÚ] In the big parishes, the Leader in charge of the Church has the right to a flat for himself(itself) and the family.

[ZQYW1PÚ] It(he) has the right to perceive the tithe on the collections of the week.

[ZQYW1PÚ] It(he) sells candles, the encens and the holy oil and the profit of these sales are of use to him(her) in its necessities.

The house of the Leader in load(responsibility) to answer adequately the requirements of these functions(offices) must be built closer possible of the temple without being for all that him(her) confused(merged). It is an image of the duty which falls to him(her) to differ from the other people, to live for God's service.

It(he) was set apart, that he is really a man with part, that he likes to part to be closer believers(regular customers) by a rational use(job) of his time that he has inevitably to divert(hijack) vain things of the world to dedicate him(it) to its own education, to the education and to the real happiness of his(her) parishioners.

B) Hierarchical order of the Leaders

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA OF the CHOICE OF THE LEADERS:

Seen the load(responsibility) devolved to a Leader, this one is inevitably chosen among the Deans ( Alagbas) the experimented and unmistakably cultivated.

Besides the perfect knowledge of the Bible and a particular capacity in preachings everywhere where it turns out necessary, it(he) must be able to perfectly lead(drive) cult and give evidence of total dedication towards the Church, have the cult of the order and the discipline, the sense(direction) of responsibilities, hierarchy, organization and know how to finally administer the possessions of the Church in good head of family.

The Order of the Leader understands(includes) four hierarchical groups:

4) Respectable Senior Leader ( 4 )

It is among Respectable Senior Leaders that are recruited the Evangelists.

Respectable Senior Leader is in a discretionary way chosen by the Reverend Minister - seer himself. In this particular case no proposition can emanate either from the Leader in load(responsibility) or from the parochial Committee: the choice of Respectable Leader recovers exclusively from discretionary power and from inspiration of the Minister - seer.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Confirmation: as a rule sixth unction.

[ZQYW1PÚ] Clothing:

[ZQYW1PÚ] Dress of prayer with wrist musketeer,

[ZQYW1PÚ] White fringed Belt of yellow and marked with three crosses,

[ZQYW1PÚ] Pin three-cornered hat of the same colour as the surplice.

[ZQYW1PÚ] The same parish can count several Leaders but only Seniors Leaders, Seniors Wolijahs or Wolileaders and their superiors in the hiearchy have the right to sit down in the choir everything around the Altar. The rest of the Leaders, keeps(guards) the first row(rank) of the assistance(audience) with Alagbas, Seniors Alagbas being able to sit down just after the choir and in a perpendicular position in the nef.

[ZQYW1PÚ] The women follow the same hierarchies as the people; they carry(wear) the same clothes as the people but can not follow the order of the Leaders.

IV) THE EVANGELISTS

They are exclusively recruited among Respectable Seniors - leaders by the Minister - seer who defines, determines their attributions and roles and proceeds if need be to delegations of power authorizing the Evangelist to be carried out acts raising(finding) privileges of the Reverend Minister: baptism, the Holy Last Supper.

V) THE MINISTERS

This chapter addresses all the Responsibles for Church since the hierarchy of the Leaders, Wolijahs, Wolileaders until that of the Evangelists and Ministers.

The Minister is a religious personality enjoying privileges and rows(ranks) of a big dignitary in the Church of the Christianity Céleste.

It is the man who announces the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord and the Apostles said, what was kept(preserved) in the Bible. Indeed, the Ministers act according to this word of the Apostle Paul: " what you heard(understood) of me in the presence of many witnesses, confide him(it) to faithful people. Which(who) are capable of teaching him(it) also the others " (II Tim. 2: 2).

Here is the foundation of minister's career. It is the herdsman, one of those that Holy Paul exhorted by saying: " Be careful to yourselves and to all the crowd on which the Holy Spirit established you bishops to graze the Church of the Lord whom himself he acquired by his own blood " (Ephésiens 4: 11).

A) The life of the Minister

It is a nice man, friend of everybody, heathen and Christians, leaders and subjects. It(he) has to surpass the others by its wisdom, its culture, its utility. He is the servant of the people, not making meaning of a word of the persons, all loving them. The first preoccupation, it is obviously to give them the gospel of Jesus. He is the councillor of all.

The Ministers live in God's high, holy and bénéficial things. Their thoughts and their intentions aim at final God's interests. They imitate Jesus, they follow him(it). Their person and their time are filled(performed) with Jesus and with his service. " They have no bigger enjoyment than to learn that their children walk(work) in the truth " ( III Jean 4 ).

They have to avoid making their work with formalism and duplicity. They have to show themselves true Christians whose heart is pure, exempt from any bad feeling. They must be true, diligent, full of faith, love, intelligence, always communing(receiving Communition) with their boss, observing carefully the example of Jesus, tucks that they are of Holy Spirit.

So, the ministry of the Ministers presents many difficulties. Their task is heavy and rather painful. They have to contribute to the culture of the believers(regular customers) and lend their assistance(audience) in quite destitute which that is its religious tendency. This task is all the more painful as they sometimes must know how to find solutions adequate to different essentially delicate problems in particular those of the psychological and moral order.

When they try to raise(find) those that fell, they look like a doctor who puts the hands in wounds purulentes, but they must be firm. It is for it that the Ministers have to become aware of the importance of their role, always to examine itself, to sharpen never to lose their capacity to succeed. It is for it that the Ministers have to learn minister's profession, while already they exercise him(it).

These Louis Pasteur's words have to be of use to them of currency(slogan): " To look at the top, learn(teach) beyond, try always to rise ".

Saint Paul said: " Be my imitators, as myself, I am that of the Christ " (I Cor. 11: 1).

Oh! Ministers my brothers, dread pride, and keep(guard) yourselves attempts of the authority and the spirit of size(greatness). Repeat ceaselessly the recommendation of John Dory: " Graze the crowd of God which is under your nurse, not as dominating those that fell to you in division(sharing), but by being the models of the crowd " (I Pierre 5: 2-3).

B) The authority of the Ministers

What have to make Minister to have prestige and authority? They have to make deserving of the title of " man of God ". One respects the Minister who is respectable.

They must be holy, that is to do good and not to hurt. " That them 'Yes' or 'Yes', and that them "No" or '@' " (Math. 5: 37).

They must be just(right) in their judgments and in their praises, in them reprimands, and in their eulogies. They must be impartial. That there is no injustice when they speak about people, when they proclaim God's commands and homework(duties) of the Christians.

Of pleasant character, accessible(approachable) and nice, allying harmoniously firmness and flexibility, they have in any event to act, as says it Kant, so as to consider the humanity in themselves and in the person of others not as a means but always as the end.

The Minister has to be friend, not certain persons but of all. Over that it(he) watches what, whatever is the thing(matter) about whom(which) one speaks, it(he) can say the opinion quite freely of heart, without making meaning of a word of persons, without being bound(connected) by his(its, her) friendship for certain persons or by feelings recognition for presents which it(he) would have received. That the familiarity with people does not damage its ministry.

All these considerations agree to indicate an only and big thing(matter) that is to say the Minister has to try hard to be such " That Jesus shows in him the first all his longanimité for all what will believe in him for the eternal life " (Tim. 1: 16).

After all, one trusts in the Minister whose behaviour(canal) is good, and one follows its example. It is there the superiority and it is there the true ministry.

As said Paul to Tite, " You Minister Show youself a model of good work yourself, by giving a pure, deserving education a healthy, irreproachable word so that the opponent is vague, having no evil to be said of you " (Tite 2: 7-8).

These advices apply not only to the Ministers but also to any responsible for the Church.

C) The behaviour(canal) of the Ministers

Big dignitary of the Church, the Minister owes by its behaviour(canal) and its behavior, be of use of model and alive example to the crowd love and respect.

It is for these reasons that Saint Paul said to Timothée: " Want on yourself and on your education because it(he) would be painful for you that you have to condemn yourself, because you who judge the others you make the same things as them ".

The Ministers have as a consequence to have constantly present in the spirit the essential points of the internal Regulation(payment) of the Church.

" Be not devoted in the wine " (I Tim. 3: 3).

We owe indeed, to distrust us of the jar of beer or wine or quite other drink enivrante which offer friends when one visits them. The custom of drinks enivrantes leads(drives) to excesses variously: excess of table, useless gossips, joke moved, malicous gossip and slanders etc..

The sacred mouth of the Minister, made to say " God's things " and to save the people must not be desecrated by saying lies, slanders, nonsense or impurities.

Can one trust a Minister who does not know how to hold the language in rein?

The Minister has so to avoid the most possible useless gossips, useless visits. It does not exclude visits moreover recommended which he returns within the framework of the ministry to his parishioners to be interested in their life and in their problems.

The Minister must be inevitably sociable so that people do not hesitate to approach him(it) to share him(her) their concerns, expose(explain) him(her) their problems in the hope which he would help them to find happy solutions of these problems.

But, the Minister must be very careful in the choice of his regular visitors and relations and follow in this particular case the advices of Saint Paul to the Corinthians: " have no relations with the unchaste, do not have no relations with somebody who saying to itself brother, is unchaste, either grasping, or worships, or extravagant, or drunkard, or kidnaper " (I Cor. 5: 10-11) and Saint Paul advised even not to eat with such a man.

The friendships the Ministers of which have to keep(guard) themselves, they are those with the women. However, the women are good persons and without faults.

In the Church, in God's business(cases), they are brave. They have in the Christian company(society) a lot of wisdom and a very beautiful influence. Nevertheless this rule(ruler) remains: a man does not have to be bound with a woman(wife) ".

Now, the Ministers have to speak with everybody, with the people, with the women, with the old men, with the young people. While to make to be in safety(security)? We proposed this advice(council) of a missionary: " When a woman(wife) comes to a predecessor of the Church for a religious conversation(maintenance), when they join except the house, there where they can be seen, but not agreed. Either that they hold in the house, but by leaving the door opened ".

" When the door is closed, Satan enters, when the door is opened, Satan does not enter ".

The Ministers have to avoid favoritism and preferences. As wrote Saint Jacques: " That your faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is foreign to any meaning of a word of persons " (Jacques 2: 1).

The wise Man looks at all the people of the same eye and the same heart.

D) THE WORK OF THE MINISTER

1) The Ministers and the believers(regular customers)

They have to work so that God's name is not blasphemed among the heathen because of its flocks. Consequently, they have to listen attentively to Saint Paul: " Those that go fishing, resume them in front of all, so that the others also try(feel) some fear " (I Tim. 5: 20).

Anyway, that the Ministers speak moderately about rumours(noises) of sin which circulate because suspicion is not conviction. They have to follow before pronouncing Saint Paul's recommendation: " do not receive any charge if it is not on the testimony of two or three witnesses " (I Tim. 5: 19).

It is good that every parish of the district is known by his Minister who has to be interested more particularly if need be in every parishioner. As a consequence, it(he) has to accept the visit which makes for him(her) a Christian to speak him(her) about business(cases) of his soul. Furthermore, himself(itself) has to visit his(her) parishioners and especially to assist them as much as possible to prevent them from falling in the sin.

It(he) has the right to mutter, to criticize, to exhort in case of necessity " Resume, censorship, exhorts with any sweetness, and by educating " (II Tim. 4: 2).

But it(he) has to apply to mix(involve) praise with the criticism, the congratulations in reproaches.

As well as it is necessary to expose(explain) the evil so that he finishes, also it is necessary to show the good so that he increases. Indeed, when a man does good and when one does not notice him(it), it(he) grows tired and believes to work in vain. But the one to that one says: " it is well, good and faithful servant, you were faithful in little thing(matter), I shall a lot confide you " (Math. 25: 21-23), that one is encouraged and satisfied, he is born in him a renewal of zeal and allegiance for good works.

2) The Ministers and the unbelievers

About the reports(connections) of the Ministers with the heathen, let us listen what said Saint Paul: " The servant of God has to have of the condescension for all, be endowed with patience; it(he) has to raise with love the opponents in the hope that God will give them the repentance to arrive at the knowledge of the truth, and that returned in their common sense, they will get free of traps of the devil who seized them for oumettre in his will " (Tim. 2: 24-26).

Finally, the essential thing(matter), it is that the Ministers have to love the heathen, that they feel sorry for them and that they feel(smell) them this love, because love chaché is not of use to anything. Then, that they use(wear out) a big patience to them. That they help them in their difficulties, that they visit them when they are ill and console them in their sadnesses, when they do not deviate from them by considering(having a high regard) them one hardened, incirconcis, slanderers, gossips.

That they do not go away from them because they underestimating them, avoid them, curse them, etc..

That they recognize that they are people of God placed in the middle of them to educate them, to save them, by following examples and rules of Jesus. If Jesus was called " Son(thread) of the man " the Minister should be called the brother of the people.

The Ministers always must know how to put into practice the beautiful lessons of Jesus Christ. " Love your enemies, bless those that curse you, did good to those that hate you, and ask for those that mistreat you and that persecute you " (Checkmate. 5: 43-48).

3) The Ministers and the other religions

Let us reaffirm here once again what we had had the honor to write at his(its, her) time in the ". J.O.D " and in the "Cross": " We are respectful faiths of our fellow countrymen and consider all what believe in a Jesus Christ as our brothers in Christ, as such, deserve our admiration ".

4) The Ministers and public Authorities

To be Minister, one is not less a citizen of his country of it, one is not for all that shielded(all that subtracted) from national homework(duties). The Minister on the contrary accepts them and carries out them in real patriot. It(he) is necessary besides the duty to show that the Christian is an aware, lit(, enlightened, conscious, lit, conscious, enlightened) citizen, and who spreads everywhere the benefactions of the Christianity.

The Minister is conscious sharply of its rights and homework(duties) of citizen. As well as it is ready if need be to claim his rights (personal freedoms among others) also, he carries out faithfully his homework(duties) toward the Nation.

His(her) person and the life are completely put in the service of the Nation. And so he shows himself deserving of the confidence and of some respect that try(feel) in the respect and his fellow countrymen and Authorities in place.

5) The Ministers and the parishes

The Minister of a district has regularly to begin tours of contacting with every parish of his district. It(he) will give example by preaching along these tours.

He is the servant of God and the imitator of Jesus, consequently, he has to shine on parishes the sun of beneficial Christianity Céleste.

E) Rights and loads(responsibilities) of the Ministers of the District

A) The Ministers are placed in the head of every district (the district corresponding as a rule to the Department): so many administrative Departments so many districts.

As one goes along so of the evolution of the Church, every district will have his(her) Minister.

In the administration of the district, the Minister of district works under the direct orders of the Minister - seer Founder. All the Ministers of district are directly responsible in front of the Minister Founder.

B) Minister's load(responsibility) of district is free

The Minister baptizes the believers(regular customers) of his district and countersigns the notebooks of baptism signed by the Evangelist.

Also, it(he) distributes religious community to the believers(regular customers) of the district, chairs years the district over the cults of Action of grace(favour), holiday of harvests, charity sales, surrounded with the Evangelists of the district and beside the Minister - seer.

It(he) collects the expenses of baptism, ceremonies of unction concerning the believers(regular customers) of the district, gets back the deniers of the cult or "classes", takes the tithe from the different receipts of every parish of the district and pays(pours) them to the Minister - seer who grants(tunes) him(her) a discount amounting to the third(third party) of the collection.

Within the framework of their ministry, the Ministers of district all receive at home the believers(regular customers) and interested which try(feel) the need of it.

F) The house of the Ministers

Quite as that of the Leader in charge of a parish, the house of the Minister will be built except for on a ground dedicated to the Eternal. This construction will be the work of all the believers(regular customers) of the district. This house will be inseparable property of the Church of the Christianity Céleste and not of the family of the Minister.

Rather, this house will be built next to the temple of a parish chosen by the Minister after opinion of the Executive committee and approval of the Minister - seer Founder.

There is a law which binds(connects) all the servants of the Church (Leaders, Ministers, etc.) by virtue of which what is built or planted on the ground of the Church belongs to the Church. When the holder goes away, he leaves him(it) with his successor.

When a ground or the good is acquired in return for remuneration or free by the Church, the Leaders, Ministers or quite other interested responsible has it only enjoyment.

G) The marriage of the Ministers

We know that in certain countries, the Ministers and Priests are bound(connected) by the wishes of the celibacy and that certain Ministers of different churches prefer celibacy to the marriage and nevertheless live in any purity, also let us go(surrender) to them here the most deserved honorings.

However, following the example of Saint Paul, we do not hesitate to assert that a Minister of the Christianity Céleste must be married (I Timothée 3: 2).

It is good that the Leader or the Minister is married. It is good for himself(itself) and it is good for the Church and it is an example for the heathen.

However, and in this precise domain, we did not put a particular accent on this delicate sacrament. It seems to us superfluous to press on our members the yoke of a wish difficult to hold and not compulsory.

The Minister or the Leader or the Christian has to live in the justice and the prayer. He has indeed to raise(bring up) his children, educate them by good words and by good examples, reprimand him(it,her), push them to the obedience. It(he) has to try hard well to govern the house, by holding ceaselessly in front of God and by saying: " Me here is with the children that you gave me " (Hebrew 2: 13) and " As for me and for my children, we shall serve the Eternal " (Jos. 24: 15).

On this point, " Let us listen to Saint Paul: " It is necessary does he say that he well steers his own house and that he holds his children in the submission and in the perfect honesty, because if anybody does not know how to steer his own house, how would he take care of God's church? " (I Tim.3: 4-5 and 12).

It does without comment.

Indeed, it would be pitiful to have to notice that the beautiful educations that a man lavish in the Church are for the antipodes of those that he puts into practice at him. Would not it be bringing some water to the mill of his(her) own detractors?

How the Minister will he dare to warn the believers(regular customers) against the adultery when himself(itself) enjoys committing offences of adultery?

How it(he) will fight against slanders and malicous gossip if he does not know how to master his language, if he forgets too often that: " Your language is your lion, if you cowards it(he) bites you and hurts(damages) your fellow man ".

How will he know how to raise the irascible when himself(itself) get excited constantly?

On the other hand, to them the Ministers need precious helps, these helps(assistants), they are their women. So Saint Paul declares to this subject: " The women of the servants of the Church must be honest, not slanderous, sober, faithful in all things " (I Tim. 3: 11).

It(he) is on purpose recommended (Nobility obliges) to the Ministers, their women their children as well as to the Leaders and different Responsibles for the Church to walk(work) faithfully in the way of God. Responsibility, dignity of the Church and the parish are, above all , for this price!

H) The hierarchical order of the Ministers

The order of the Ministers understands(includes) two categories:

A. - The Assistant Minister ( 5 )
-The Minister ( 6 )

The Ministers are chosen among the most experimented Evangelists. Excellently paid(poured) into the Holy Writings; direct auxiliaries(aids) of the Minister - seer and responsibles in front of him, they have to have, among others qualities, enough instruction and culture to steer and to oversee the Schools of the Christianity Céleste established in their district.

VI) THE PASTEUR-PROPHETE

Founder of the Church of the Christianity Céleste, it is the supreme authority of it.

All the orders emanate from him and converge on him.

It is right the President of the Superior Committee of the Church and the SYNOD.

All the Ministers of district are responsible in front of him and realize faithfully him(her) their activities and the life of their parishes.

The Minister - seer is assisted by a private council and by a particular Secretariat in a discretionary way chosen by himself(itself).

His(her) replacement will be indicated(appointed) at the convenient moment, by himself(itself) according to the power of the Holy Spirit.

(3) As a result of a diligent work and of a gift(donation) to preach, the Senior Alagba, on proposition of the leader in load(responsibility) Minister can be dedicated in the hierarchy of the Leaders by the Seer. In that case, while the predecessor Alagba becomes Assistant-Leader, the Senior Alagba is directly made Leader with the possibility of evolving quickly towards the rank of Senior - leader.

(4) It is important to remind that Respectable Senior Leaders (quite as Vénérables Alagbas, Wolileader as regards their respective Orders) are in the summit of the hierarchy of the Order dignitary of the Church of the Christianity Céleste, they are the peers of the Church and deserve as such the respect for all.

(5) Ministers and Evangelists have as a rule to walk(work) barefoot.

(6) Idem.
